The Works comprising briefly of the following: Fully inclusive annual safety test and service of all gas heating appliances, including the issuing of a Landlords Gas Safety Record. A visual inspection of residents own gas cookers. Testing of gas installations/appliances on relet of empty properties. Comprehensive day to day maintenance of appliances. 24 hour, 365 days a year call out service. Service and maintenance of smoke detectors.
