Glow-worm spreads boiler know-how with warm tour
Boiler manufacturer Glow-worm has sent representatives on a tour of the nations shopping centres in order to spread the word about its heating and hot water solutions.
According to the firm, the events in Warrington, Newcastle, Southampton, Richmond and Derby were intended to provide face-to-face heating advice for homeowners.
"The Warm Glow tour allows people to ask any boiler queries they may have and to make sure they are aware of which style of boiler is best suited to their lifestyle," Katie Cope, Glow-worm's brand marketing manager, explained to Heating and Ventilating magazine.
As well as broaching any heating dilemmas or queries which shoppers had, the firm's ten representatives instructed shoppers on how to save energy and money with high-efficiency boilers such as those manufactured by Glow-worm.
Earlier this month, Glow-worm announced plans to team up with the Carbon Monoxide Consumer Awareness Alliance to promote homeowners' knowledge about adequate boiler maintenance.
